“We met Allé while doing Early Behavioral Intervention when she was our daughter's Behavioral Therapist (BT). Allé's natural love and respect for children is apparent when she works with them. It is not easy working with children on the spectrum, but she has mastered the delicate balance of being supportive and encouraging while also setting appropriate boundaries and expectations.
We saw great improvements with our daughter while under Allé's supervision. Our daughter was more responsive, engaged, and expressive after a few weeks of working with Allé. As parents, we also appreciated that Allé taught us strategies for working with our daughter through some of her challenges, such as hitting, tantrums, and non-responsiveness. We learned that Allé grew up with family members on the spectrum and it's obvious that doing so has lent great insight into how a spectrum kid's mind works.
